fQotD: I suck
Name five things you totally suck at:
1-Woodworking (I actually flunked this in grade 9. And I went to a girl's school. And the woodworking teacher was a nun.)
2-Raquet sports.
3-Figuring out how things work/are put together, like car engines or light fixtures or plumbing or cameras or photocopiers or appliances or Ikea furniture.
4-Baking cookies. Even Pillsbury pastry-in-a-tube defeats me. They always wind up burned on the bottom and uncooked on the inside.
5-Knitting/sewing/crochet/pottery/crafts in general.

heh. this is good. and we share (1) and (5). I'm fair to middling in (2), fairly decent at (3), and quite kickass at (4)*
*after a whole lot of burned/raw cooky combos. two things: an oven thermometer and a heavy cookie sheet.
in regards to the pillsbury-in-a-tube thing --- do what WE do --- don't bother baking it, just eat it raw! &:o)

I also second IG's "I suck at so much I won't know where to begin..."hmmmm
BrownA - I don't bother finding out how things work. I just don't want to get that close. I used to kick our photocopier to goose it into action. Many times I would proudly show the scuffmarks to my co-workers.
