One of my musician friends (she is a professional viola da gamba player) spent Easter in Australia. She sent me this pic of the freaking redonkulous chocolate wombat someone gave her as a gift.
Guess bunnies aren't so beloved in Australia...
Warning: quite possibly the Cutest Thing Ever Captured on Video. Watch at own risk. If this were any cuter, the earth would have to stop spinning on its axis.

Seeing the video of the jump roping dogs on CO the other day reminded me of this summertime classic. Go on, sing along, you know you remember all the lyrics!
Did you know that Frankie Smith was the first guy to actually introduce "fo' shizzle" into the urban vocab?
Anyone else notice that teh Meg herself has joined our Cuteologists group? Holy full circle, Batman! I didn't send her the original invite because I was worried she'd think it was dumb and perhaps even a little creepy and stalkerish... *blushes*.

It's kind of amorphous at the moment; I just added a random pic and a lame description, but I thought it just needed to get done--we can refine and change as we go along, no? It's public for now--I've sent invites to as many of you as I could remember, but feel free to just join.
If someone has a better photo to offer, please let me know.

Convention over, final report filed, packages prepared for shipping--Yay!
I have a free afternoon and almost the whole day tomorrow to spend chilling out in lovely Quebec City, w00t for me!
In the meantime, here are some more pics that didn't meet Meg's stringent CO rules, but are good enough for my own blog (why the otterz didn't make it is beyond moi).
Interesting fact: our sniamese cat, Percy, sleeps in *exactly* the same way as the red panda below. I must try to get a pic.
